Welcome |
Founded in 1978, the Shirehampton Sailing Club is based on the river
Avon, West of Bristol. Over the years, the club has developed into a friendly
club. The main activities are dinghy cruising and racing.
On this site, you will find most of the information of this friendly sailing club.
For further information, please click on the links
on the left.
The picture below shows a typical club event e.g. racing, normal sailing or social event.
Although we are enthusiastic about sailing, we are not an RYA training centre and we do
not organise open events. However, in the past, some club members
have entered open meetings.
